Talk to Nvidia. Since they like to keep their source closed, there isn't much anyone can do about it.

Agree with XSP, its nvidias job entirely, and they will certainly get it done anyway. Its in their interest to support it in linux.

I agree with Auzy and XSP, but I don't recon they'll get it done soon.

By the time the next whole series of Nvidia graphics cards is out and the general populous is using them, THEN Nvidia will release drivers for this series.

I am pretty sure 8800 will be supported in Hardy Heron.
9600 too.
