Description
Running FSCK every 32 mounts or so is fine, however not having the option to skip it is very bad.

Sometimes Im in a rush and need to boot up my PC to get some info off it, or if your leaving and need to copy a document.

I once gave a talk at a conference, which was delayed around 8min because the laptop I was borrowing ran fsck on boot and I could not stop this. It was awkward, Im not kidding.

This is especially bad because some filesystems are very big and could take a long time to fsck.

If canceled it could prompt to FSCK next restart, I dont see this as especially dangerous.
