It will be even better when you install Ubuntu for the first time and you setup your details. It will ask you to setup a @ubuntu.com account. Once complete it will setup the email address with the default email client.

Ubuntu is becoming more professional and easier to use for users. By adding a feature like this could push the Operating System to new users.

Nobody's going to migrate to Ubuntu for a free e-mail account.

And I DEFINITELY don't want my distro nagging my mother to use it's spiffy 'free services'. That's the slippery slope to adware (Intuit, OS X, Windows, etc).

I switched to Linux to get away from those corrupt practices.
