Description
from the bug : TIFFs generated as multilayer composites with Hugin are not displayed properly in eog; only the top layer is displayed, cropped to its dimensions.

Personally I dont see the need for this. Sure why not display Multilayer EXR, XCF, PSD's etc.... but I just dont think its really worth the developer effort. Many more important things to work on.

Lot's of scanner programs can only generate TIFF outputs. I had to find a windows computer to look at the document, and it shouldn't be hard to implement this feature.
