Description
upon installation, it should automatically recognize if the user have a windows partitition and preserve it, creating a bual boot and mounting the ntfs disks in a standard place (/media/windows_hda...)

It seems to me that this is exactly how this happens currently... did you experience any problems ?

For me, my windows partitions (ME & XP) were preserved. The FAT and NTFS partitions have to be reconnected every logon though, and root password entered, definitely a pain.

In my installation, it preserved the contents of my second HD, but the windows partition on my main HD was wiped.
