Rationale
Activate and help to develope MSNPV14 of pidgin could be great !

Actualy pidgin use old MSN protocol.
MSNPV14 is protocol version used by Windows Live Messenger.

This protocol add lot of things :
- Tou can see the second speudo (MSN status)
- You can speak to contact offline
- Better files transfers
- etc...

Dahu,

I had no clue what MSNPV14 was. I did some googling and it appears to be a milestone set for Pidgin.

So to me your idea appears to be saying "It'd be great if we upgraded Pidgin when the next version comes out."

That is the normal course of action when Pidgin releases an update.

If I am missing something, please fill in your idea with a little more detail, otherwise we'll delete it.

Uh I think this is Ubuntu's brainstorm page not pidgin's....

Pidgin 2.5.0 supports MSNP15.
