Description
These Gnome accessibelity stuff is great work, but too much for non handycaped Users, who wants get only some Messages like Welcome, You have Mail, and so on. A first step can be to say, via tts, the messages from libNotify!

I've just tested some lines in C with glib, Speech-Dispatcher and DBus-glib ... I think in few weeks i have it.

Ok... Speech-Dispatcher speaks now all libNotify Messages properly!
