Description
I think the ubuntu desktop needs a bug reporting wizard to help newer (and not so newer) users gather the relevant information of a problem/bug they are encountering and then automatically submit that information to bugs-launchpad. This wizard could also have an interface to read and send messages to bugs-launchpad in order to solve the bug/problem.

Isn't that already there? When something crashes, I get an icon that allows me to submit the crash report to launchpad (its called apport https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MozillaTeam/Bugs/Apport).

As I said on one of the other duplicates, apport only works in ubuntu, not kubuntu.
