  <description><![CDATA[It's not implemented in Karmic.  You can't install other sound themes and you can't change any sounds used besides the alert sound without resorting to hacks.  Ubuntu used to be capable of downloading and installing and switching sound themes, and of switching sounds for every purpose, but no more.  This needs fixing.<br />]]></description>
