How many times you have spent several hours in searching cursors, themes and backgrounds that match? Wouldn't it be nice to have a package that contains all these and is automatically installed in the system. There may be an option to allow/deny Desktop effects change too.

There should be a package builder integrated in Ubuntu so that you can save your own styles as well. This will allow easier usage of custom look and feel.
