When a user want to copy a file/folder name, currently he/she has couple of options.
1. Use the rename option upon right click and copy the name.
2. Use the properties option upon right click and copy the name.

When user uses any of these two ways to copy the file/folder name, he/she will be actually doing it in two steps for each of them. Hence more effort and time is spent on copying a file/folder name.
