Selected solution (#1): Modernization of indicators menus

Unity is a very pleasant user interface but some of its details are inconsistent with the visual style. Indicators menus fit into this category. These panels, generally transparent and with a dark color, do not match the indicators, not even when the gtk theme is in the same color as the panel.

Therefore, I propose integrating the Unity/Lightdm style to indicators menus, without changing their structure, but making them look like the rest of the UI.

In other words, that would be a standardization of the interface, making the OS more modern and prettier.
