Rationale
Maybe in the upcoming versions there will be a better support for the HP iPAQ rx1950.
The current version of Ubuntu (7.10) can't find the usb devices.

i don't think you need any driver, but just this suite of programs: SYNCE! i sync my ipaq hw6515 under ubuntu very well!

I agree with RonnyWVL.

IPAQ 6915: have spent hours trying to get it to work using synce. Turns out the kernel must be recompiled! @ju if that's what you call easy, you represent a minority.

Your average business user doesn't stand a chance.
