Solution #1: Iterative adds with F3 keypress
Written by Sparda the 2 Sep 10 at 11:24.
Adds the tittle idea to the next version of nautilus.
Add views with F3 clicks and have another key to restore the default view for example F9.
2 panels when you're moving diferents files to diferent folders(films,games,webs...) sometimes isnt comfortable in graphical mode.

#1 Please move your solution OUT of the idea and into the SOLUTION.
#2 Please clarify what folders have to do with panels...

I don't get the idea here. I don't think this should have moved out of the sand box yet.

Okay maybe i dont explain myself very well.
Nautilus (In ubuntu 10.04) give the option to split the view in two panels when you press F3.
But only give you 2 panels.
If you press F3 again it restart the original view.
I think that its interesting to add more panels with F3 keypress and have another key to restore the original view.
This is the idea.

Now I understand. I agree. It might also be nice to have vertical splitting too.

Your idea its better. With the vertical spliting its enough and seems more easy to develop.
Y vote your idea.
