Description
In many cases new Ubuntu users need help, and that today requires normally friends to physically come over and help out, or even worse, by a chatt application.
If you could request another person to "Take over my computer for help", that would just make it 100 times easier to get/give support.

First of all, Vino is already installed. Second, the best way to usably invite someone would be via Telepathy plugin.

This makes sense. Apple does it and Microsoft. its a lot easier for tech support.

Lots of remote desktop software is already available via Synaptic.

Don't install it by default! I don't want my mother phoning me to 'show her' a million little things. She's an adult, she knows how to search and follow instructions, and she's not paying me.

Commercial installations will pick and choose their own custom version anyway.

I'm working on a very similar project that uses SSH to host a secure proxy for two people to connect to. Right now my plan is to write a bot (accessible through IRC or Jabber) that communicates with a pidgin plugin to allow someone to take control your computer. I'm looking for a name for my project if you have any suggestions.
