Description
I would like to have a real working and installable client from the repositories. Finished with the "UTN-First-hardware" issue and the not reliable keyboard-issue.

More general, commercial apps should be easier to get and install.
RealPlayer
Google Earth
Citrix

I agree on Google Earth, but I do not know what Citrix is, and I think no one should be subjected to the torturous experience of using RealPlayer. So by and large, no.

Citrix is the most advanced and far developed remote desktop system in existence, supporting quite a few extremely advanced things the competition does not. Big companies love it for thin clienting, and they truly are the best on that field. Citrix supports running the clients from pretty much anything, including still stuff like DOS, OS/2, FreeBSD and yeah.. Linux.
