Solution #3: faster hibernation and resume

Actually fixing the problem before cosmetic changes! Timings, timeouts, memory cleanup etc. Right now it is not useful since it takes about 15 seconds to shutdown + reboot but 3.5 minutes to hibernate + resume.

And also the network resource should not disconnect from network.
If I hibernate a desktop, when I press the power button the system should return in the "exact" same situation.
