More windows crap.
KDE had that with Konqueror but it was changed for KDE4 (now dolphin is the file manager and Konqueror de web browser).
Clearly it isn't a good idea and the only desktop in linux that used to have it changed to an opposite direction.

I think Ubuntu should do this, because if it does, there will be a 1.3 billion dollars fine from the European Union. Ubuntu developers are poor people from poor countries and they may never gather the money so they will all probably will go to jail :-(
