    <description><![CDATA[With slow download rates and not so good internet network in developing countries like india, its would be very useful to have a pause option in software center so that we can pause the download when there is too much of traffic congestion. Also same reason to have the software center show download rates while downloading the software.<br />

Software Centre has already the ability to work without access to apt, not like add/remove app from previous Ubuntu editions, and can wait till Synaptic or other apt tasks are finished.]]></description>

  <description><![CDATA[I'll strongly second the thought because when I start downloading some software, it takes almost al b/w and other user over my wireless n/w keep on asking who is using the full b/w.<br /><br />I am also proposing a solution to limit b/w just like in torrent so other users in n/w can do their work and I can continue download.]]></description>
