Idea #22122: Let network manager check the internet connection

Rationale
Right now, when i connect to my wireless network with the network manager it does not mean that i am connected to the internet. There might be as well something wrong with my router. So i have to open a terminal and type something like 'ping www.google.com' or start firefox and type some adress.
