Now that Launchpad's code has been opened, I'd like to measure interest in having its support tracker ("Answers") service available in other languages.

It is possible to submit questions to the support tracker in many languages, however its interface remains in English. This idea is about making Launchpad's Answer *interface* translatable in other languages, then providing language information for the interface to show up in that language.

To be clear, this idea will measure the interest in having the appropriate backend for the web interface to be translated.
