Rationale
oh, it would be SO nice if during installation you could enable file sharing and change your samba workgroup.

it would save users time and let people know it is an opition they can control

since you put your computer name in there, also allow modification of file sharing preferences and workgroup name there too

There's no need to set up Samba or workgroup info during the install -- not only is that not something that most users do, but it isn't needed to get the system up and running.

It's just as easy for users to set up Samba after the install is finished -- and users that don't need Samba aren't bothered with additional irrelevant options during install.
