Idea #1987: Add a "Preview idea/comment" button for ideas and comments

Description

Currently, I can only post ideas and comments here. I just posted a comment, and while writing this idea, I have only a "Submit" button. Nearly all technologically-oriented sites have a "Preview" option. I think that this Web site should have that option too, so that users can see what their posts will look like in real life before submitting.

I cannot imagine that this Web site has no "Preview" option for new posts. Canonical copied the concept from Dell's IdeaStorm - they even copied the "Storm" portion of the name. And they have no Preview option, while Dell does?!

I do need a preview. What if I need to include a link and I want to ensure that it will not eat up other text, like it does on other sites?
