Idea #1879: BRAINSTORM: Add HOT, or recommended section like on Reddit

Description

It seems like it will be hard to navigate through brainstorm. There are some links that will stay at the top because they have the highest rating and the system seems to be sorted by rating. Which basically means, you will have to go to page 50 to see anything really new or emerging.

If you visit reddit.com. They have a HOT home page where hot topics fill up on the page and are added or removed over time once they lose popularity.

If it stays this way forever; we will see the "hibernate" idea which has 2000+ points for a LONG time.

Well it isn't my fault if this site is going to suck over time.

The top 1-50 pages will stay the same for months or a year and then the new page will turn into spam or stupid suggestions.

We won't be able to find the interesting ideas, the ones in the middle which will be on page 150 or something.

Change nothing. Site is fine the way it is.

Be methodical. Don't sweat it too much....It's just brainstorming. Nobody's grading you.

Look at the main page. I bet those top ideas will remain there for years or months. And the other interesting stuff is buried within the site.
