When you copy or move a file to a folder containing files with the same names, the only information you are given is:

Are you sure you want to replace file 'filename'?
Replace | Replace All | Skip | Skip All

The following additional information should be presented:

Date/Time Last Modified for both files
Size of both files
A true/false diff report if the size of both files happens to be identical
Tags: (none)

Please file an enhancement bug at http://bugzilla.gnome.org/, that's the right place for this.

Point out it's a usability problem, so it gets assigned to the right team.

Then post here the number of the bug: I'll be more than happy to subscribe to it.
