Make it easy to install http://github.com/ivankelly/Rhythmbox-Spotify-Plugin for those who are using Spotify. Similar plugins for WiMP etc. should also become available.

Sure but it could be nice to have spotify in ubuntu software center so that with a simple click you install that library and the plugin for the music player(s) you have.

Otherwise we have despotify, lol.
