Rationale
I think it is time to rethink wallpaper into a wallmovie kind of thing. the wallpaper should be animated.

It should be optional. because lot of people who use ubuntu have average configurations.But like compiz,we know ubuntu people are geeks :) and they might know how to make an animated wallpaper work flawless in ubuntu
