Idea #15999: Make the cut visible

bug This idea is a duplicate of Idea #4981: Dim files when you 'cut' them for later 'paste' action.

Rationale
When cutting a file or folder, it should be visible on the icon that it is being cut. I know xp does this by making the folder a little transparent, but ubuntu don't need to do exactly the same. I think it should be like a scissor emblem or something, but that should be up to the developers.
