I have searched all through my computer but I can't find Vista. Is it in the new Unbuntu v8.10 version? If so where do I find it?

Are you serious ampers ? Vista is the newest version of Microsoft Windows :D

kreep wrote on the 18 Nov 08 at 13:51
you mean the newest *cough*stable*cough* version. the newest is windows 7/blackcomb. ;)
still, i don't have access to it at the moment and i'm sure i'm not the only one, and the idea - for me - is vague at the very least.
are you proposing rocker gestures for nautilus?

Am I the only one who does not understand what we are talking about here?

I do not know Vista nor how to move over a folder in there. Please describe a little bit better. Thanks.

@tom
if I here in C:\Windows folder and I press the left side button of mouse, I go to C:\ folder

now I'm in the C:\ folder, if I press the right side button of mouse I go again to C:\Windows

The author means that the side buttons on a mouse should be forward and back buttons in Nautilus. Just like they are in IE on Windows, Firefox on Windows, Firefox on Ubuntu (once you get it setup), etc.

+1

Well the description is extremely bad, but I understand the idea so I'll vote +1.

Yes, we need this.

@enubuntu:
That's not a feature of Windows Vista. Windows XP also has this feature. I don't know about previous versions of Windows.

It's better to replace "move on my folder" by "navigate through my folders" or "browse through my folders". Your current description is difficult to understand.
