you mean the newest *cough*stable*cough* version. the newest is windows 7/blackcomb. ;)
still, i don't have access to it at the moment and i'm sure i'm not the only one, and the idea - for me - is vague at the very least.
are you proposing rocker gestures for nautilus?

if I here in C:\Windows folder and I press the left side button of mouse, I go to C:\ folder
now I'm in the C:\ folder, if I press the right side button of mouse I go again to C:\Windows

The author means that the side buttons on a mouse should be forward and back buttons in Nautilus. Just like they are in IE on Windows, Firefox on Windows, Firefox on Ubuntu (once you get it setup), etc.

That's not a feature of Windows Vista. Windows XP also has this feature. I don't know about previous versions of Windows.
It's better to replace "move on my folder" by "navigate through my folders" or "browse through my folders". Your current description is difficult to understand.
