Rationale
I think it would be nice to have a GUI to configure the grub bootloader.

It should be at least possible to configure the most important options like operating system entries, timeouts and defaults.

If there is a implementation of grub2 one day, you could add a theme manager, just like the Gnome wallpaper or the GDM themes.
