Sometimes you have a bug that you report on Launchpad and the developers tell you they cannot reproduce the bug.

Other times something that used to work no longer works, and you know the developers aren't experiencing that same bug because their hardware is different from yours.

Yes, people should still test all hardware and report bugs on anything they find...

... But wouldn't it be nice for new users to see a developers' hardware list so they know beyond just what hardware is generically "Linux-friendly" and can find hardware they know will work with the latest Ubuntu release without any bugs at all?
