Description
Windows shows a warning telling you other users are logged in when you want to shut down.

This is useful to avoid other users from losing their work.

Sure, I don't care if it's implemented, but if it is, let us turn it off if need be. Personally I have a one-user system, so I would never need this feature.

If you have a one-user system it shouldn't matter because it won't warn you unless multiple unique users are logged on.
