Rationale
Propose in the Ubuntu's installation to participate in Ubuntu and the option can be:

- Create an account on the site of his country (eg ubuntu-fr) to simplify his introduction in the community and guide him to it
- Join the mailing list
- Create an account on Launchpad/Brainstorm or re-enter it to put it into the system
- Enable "sends usage information packages" (disabled by default in Synaptic)
- Submitting to the database material of what works or not
- Installing easy-to-use software for non-geek folks to participate (eg traduce not-already-traduced software...)
- etc...

Of course, this idea has to be improve but participate is not so easy for a new user, this is why it is important to help the user.
