Rationale
When I'm trying to theme my computer, I have to get a background, a GTK 2 theme, a grub theme, and a bootsplash theme. I also have to reset the background color on login, but that's been mentioned in another idea.

Solution #1: Single theme package (Original solution from pre-January 2009 idea)

It would be nice if I could get a single package that would theme everything, at once, with a single package.
