yes, really very alike, but a certification which can be easy to be found, can be efficient on helping the popularity of these hardware on being Ubuntu 100% compatible, and 'forcing' other hardware which is not yet to make efforts on being...

Maybe my suggestion can be considered as an improvement of this initiative...
