Rationale
Each time I open ekiga an cheese the same time, one of the programs can not access the Cam- Please make it as the Pulse Audio system, just for Webcams and Microfones.

By the way please do not include this control into control centre. Why? Since the control centre is for permanent controls. Instead make a little program called "Input control" and insert it into "accessoires"
