Description
PulseAudio's been really buggy for me, and I couldn't hear anything after install.

This is the tutorial that fixed everything for me: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=789578

Couldn't the Ubuntu team at least apply some of those things pre-done in 8.10 or something?

Just reading the first bug report makes me wonder if you bothered to read any of it. The changes have been already applies in 8.10, and some of them are available in 8.04 if you enable hardy-proposed updates...

Additionally, the 2nd bug report mentioned there has fixes *already available* in a default, up-to-date Ubuntu install.

What about the stuttering problem? That's not fixed at all with any updates.

One of the two bugs reckoned it is, the other is caused under cpu load (and vista suffers the same problem too actually something).

They are obviously working on it in the bug reports.. And it will obviously be fixed by intrepid. I don't think this idea will make any difference actually.

But the problem is that the stuttering is caused by different bugs and different problems.

Just let them work. Or you could help them to get things done sooner

Actually, since these are bugs anyway, this isn't really an idea..

It's a great idea that we should fix a bug.

Heh, this is being mean, but it's a very obvious idea to begin with.
