Idea #11302: Graphical startup manager (to set boot order and other options)

Written by loki the 19 Jul 08 at 08:23. Category: System. Related project: Nothing/Others. Status: Already implemented
Rationale
I've looked around in Ubuntu, but couldn't find the following tool.

It would be good for most users to have a administrative graphical application which ables you not only to set the Booting screen but also a the backgrounds and other options.

I'm a terminal user, but I know a lot of people just like to have the option to do this stuff from a GUI.

I found a nice one here: http://thedarkmaster.wordpress.com/2007/05/14/lets-customize-the-boot-sequence- with-start-up-manager/
