Description
The voting feature is being abused at the moment, as its a feature that everyone sees the first thing, and are click-happy. It would be better if we were allowed to vote only when we also comment.

Abused? Isn't voting for ideas the entire point of this site?
Anyhow, given the popularity of this site (already), you'd just end up with hundreds of useless 'me too' comments just so people could registered their vote.

Bad idea. BAD idea. Not just simply because it sounds like its an excuse for whiners and people who actually have bad ideas to get good votes or less bad ones, but also imagine how loaded an average page would get if a person had to comment every vote.
