Description
Since some ideas don't always fit most people's interests, vote counts could be low on certain "good" ideas, even if there were no negative votes.

I suggest that an additional metric in the form of (Effective Vote Metric)/(Total Votes) should be shown.

(Where, "Effective Vote Metric" = the number that is currently shown and
"Total Votes" = the addition of the positive vote count AND the absolute value of the negative vote count.

This type of metric will be useful to show the ideas where most votes where positive and very few where negative (which could lead to it being considered as a "good" idea).

this idea is really good ..
even some of my ideas which i thought were good found negative votes while for those which i thought are just moderate gained good amount of votes .
