Idea #10437: Update manager should always show last time it checked for updates

Description
Right now Update manager only shows the last time it checked for updates when there are no new updates available, but IMO it should always show that because it is important information.
I don't want to download and install updates only to check for updates after that and find new updates for the same updated packages.
Since I can't see when was the last check I always click check before I install all the updates.
This idea is easy to implement and provides better usability.

I'm fairly certain that in 8.04 it says how much time has passed since it last updated the package lists (checked for updates). This shows at the top of the window whether there are updates available or not
