Idea #10415: Brainstorm: provide list with available tags

I think it would be useful if there would be a list to pick already available tags for a new idea, to prevent errors like typos and things like:

"copy-paste", "copy-n-paste", "copy", "paste" etc.
"dup", "dupe", "dupes", "duplicate", "duplicates" etc.

being NOT the same tag and therefore not linking them together.

There SHOULD be the possibility to make your own tags, but also a list of already submitted ones.
