Mozilla own the trademark to Firefox, so you cant change the theme and still call it Mozilla Firefox.
So you have to tell Mozilla to make it use KDE theme under KDE.
I think, maybe.
Unless it calls system icons or something, then the system decide what icons it use.

No you can theme Firefox and still call it Firefox. They even offer themes on the official Firefox Addons website.
