as it is nessesary that ubuntu must come in size of CD. but it has not all good software contain.
my suggestion is that make two different CD.
in first cd
one in which only OS is allowed ,
more thing is that ubuntu must change is grafical interface..i don't know how but..make it cute, attractive(change fonts, folder, explorer design everthing)(see Windows Vista , and apple) (make it attractive)(right now ubuntu 8.04 is like i am working in Windows 95 or not more than windows 98, but i love buntu more than any other OS, i am telling this that my love must have an beautiful face) and all this in one CD. nothing extra in that.
in second cd
and in another CD do something that all the nessecasry sotwares must be included (means office, editiors, all players, means make an ultimate collection) and this 700mb has all round collection of must have software. and make this in such a way that when one can run this CD in PC, it can be detected by "Synaptic Manager" so that on one mark one can install all armers of ubuntu os...
now this is great.
And Publish this as "Ubuntu 9.04"(Ubuntu Ultimate)
