category "New Users" - Ubuntu experiences

New users have not been adapted to any norms of using Ubuntu - it is All new.

The path to making a person an Ubuntu convert is to make it easy, enjoyable, intuitive, obvious, efficient (and many other jingo catch phrases).

This category is where new users can suggest anything they like - "absolutely anything" that they think matters to them.

It will probably be able to be categorised in one of the existing categories - but they are new and, to avoid confusion - just get the idea from them - don't make it difficult for them.

Maybe existing users could suggest a category (using drop down selection box) for the suggestion to be handled within by admins, but it still remains in the new users category (or subcategory).
