Make window options visible (Mainly "Always on top" and "Stick window")
Written by Apiman the 16 Jul 10 at 06:49. New
Windows Management options such as "Always on top" are quite hidden on a default Ubuntu desktop. These are very useful features even for newbies and I think it worth to make them visible. Now they are not very easily found. You need to use the "Alt+Space" shortcut, right click on the task bar item or some similar "adventurous" action. Most normal users don't like adventure at all.

A shortcut for "Always on Top" could be Super + Up or something like this.
