When editing files on a remote server through gFTP, and the user presses save, the FTP should
immediately save a copy on the remote server as well.
That way one can change a file in gFTP and immediately the remote website changes.
I cannot overstate how important this fetus is,
its probably very simple in implementation and makes the program a lot more usable
when editing files on a remote server.
Editing becomes so much faster.

Progress Bar:
gFTP should show a progress bar when large files are being uploaded.
Uploading large files to a server through gFTP right now is terrible because one is
never really sure if the process is frozen or not, and if its not frozen, how much is done.
