Add hidden volumes with two+ Ubuntu installs allowing for plausible deniability. The idea of encryption is to protect your assets, while encryption can do this on it's own, you are not protected in the slightest way from Extortion or other entities that might request your key leaving you no option. The idea is the create a hidden volume layout (which has been demonstrated by TruCrypt) http://www.truecrypt.org/images/docs/hidden-volume.gif with two seperate Ubuntu installs and two seperate keys allowing for plausible deniability as well as basic protection. Both would be encrypted, neither would be distinguishable because of random data fill.
