What do you do with software without knowledge?

I got many free software available with manuals but to few knowledge about applying the tools for real work. So how can someone that needs to work with software use ubuntu to get something out it without guidelines??

Solution #1: Software of the knowledge.

I would like to have an encyclopedia builder to make an add-on for ubuntu for an specific career.

Is about making the course program and make it an automated installation for ubuntu. This program may be reviewed by important Universities and approved within standards making ubuntu as a source of knowledge and career opportunity unifying in some cases theory and practice together.

Basically a what you see what you get (WYSWYG) like a html editor but for the Ubuntu OS oriented to make an Enciclopedia from there the community can work the courses.

Thank you for your time. :)
