Betterment of Help and Support
Written by hariks0 the 6 Sep 09 at 13:52. Global category: Documentation. New
When the Help and Support is started the control is nowhere in the window and one has to click on the text box to start typing the key word/ topic. The window does not support search of a phrase but only single words. for example i am searching for "Video Games" The result is

"Games
games
Ekiga Manual 3.00
video devices
GIMP User's Manual (English)
video
Debian Menu System Manual

mail, usenet news, chat, instant messaging, ip telephony, video conferencing
software, etc.
Debian doc-base Manual
games
Introduction to the Desktop
...ternet; or to create, edit, or view images and videos. for each of these tasks, you would use a diff...
GNU General Public License
games"

Which obviously is not what I am searching for.

Solution #1: Make the cursor go to the search text box directly and enable phrase search.
Written by hariks0 the 6 Sep 09 at 13:52.
Making the cursor directly placed at the search text box will make the user more comfortable by directly typing the topic/key word there and pressing enter.

Also the Help and Support should search for the combined phrase rather than the individual words of the search term. It would be a bliss for those who does not have an Internet connection for accessing our forums. MS Windows is always a step ahead in this direction.
